Our People

Cellestin Magak

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Cellestin Magak is the Founder and CEO of Lucille Awistar Foundation, a Healthcare Entrepreneur based in Seattle with a deep commitment to youth development and community wellbeing.

She is a seasoned human resource expert and business administrator, with a Master’s degree in Mental Health. As a mother, her work is also shaped by a strong sense of care, responsibility, and long-term impact.

Through years of experience in healthcare, Cellestin has witnessed firsthand how mental wellbeing and access to opportunity shape lives. This insight led her to establish Lucille Awistar Foundation, an organization focused on equipping young people with practical digital skills while creating safe, meaningful spaces for mental health conversations.

Her leadership is guided by a simple but powerful belief: when young people are supported, heard, and given the right tools, they can build confident futures for themselves and their communities.
