The Mindset Space is the mental health and wellbeing program of Lucille Awistar Foundation.
It was created in response to a simple truth:
Young people carry a lot – stress, pressure, uncertainty, and unanswered questions -often without safe spaces to talk about it.
The Mindset Space exists to change that.
What We Do
Through guided sessions led by trained mental health professionals, The Mindset Space provides:
- Safe group conversations
- Mental health awareness and education
- Emotional resilience and coping skills
- A supportive environment for reflection and growth
These sessions are designed to be respectful, accessible, and grounded in real-life experiences.
Our Philosophy
We believe mindset shapes outcomes.
When young people are supported to:
- understand themselves
- talk openly about challenges
- develop healthy ways of coping
they are better equipped to learn, grow, and make positive decisions.
The Mindset Space does not rush healing — it creates room for it.
