LUCILLE ICT HUB

Lucille ICT Hub is the digital skills arm of Lucille Awistar Foundation.

The program was created to equip young people with practical, usable digital skills that open pathways to creativity, employment, and self-reliance. We focus on hands-on learning that builds both technical ability and confidence.

Lucille ICT Hub is not just about learning software ,it is about helping young people see themselves as capable creators in the digital world.

What We Offer

At Lucille ICT Hub, young people are trained in:

  • Graphic Design
  • Digital creativity and visual storytelling
  • Basic computer literacy and digital confidence
  • Practical design tools used in real-world work

Our sessions are interactive, mentor-led, and designed to meet learners where they are ,whether they are beginners or exploring creative potential for the first time.

Our Approach

Why It Matters

Digital skills create opportunity , but only when young people feel confident enough to use them.

Lucille ICT Hub helps young people:

  • Gain skills that can support income generation
  • Express creativity and personal stories
  • Build confidence in digital spaces
  • Prepare for future learning or work opportunities

Impact So Far

Since launching in 2025, Lucille ICT Hub has contributed to the training of 100 young people in digital and soft skills ,many of whom had little or no prior access to structured digital learning.

Looking Ahead

We aim to expand Lucille ICT Hub by:

  • Growing our training capacity
  • Introducing more digital skill areas
  • Strengthening mentorship and post-training support

Lucille ICT Hub exists to ensure emerging stars are not left behind in the digital age.
